Dominick's POV
The look on their faces almost made me chuckle, but I kept a straight face, watching as Nina stood up immediately while Luna looked away in embarrassment.
"I'm so sorry, boss," Nina bowed her head slightly. "I was... just..."
"It's alright, you can leave now," I dismissed her, making sure she was out of sight before focusing on Luna. "You seem to like Nina a lot."
"Yes," she nodded, still avoiding my gaze. "She was a good friend to Sol also."
"Are you alright?" I asked, searching her face curiously. "You don't look so bright."
She stood up, raking her fingers over her hair. "It's Alen," she said. "I broke up with him."
"Hmmm," I nodded thoughtfully. "I guess that was the reason he looked down. You feel bad, don't you?"
"Yes, yes," she said. "I shouldn't have led him on."
"No, you shouldn't have," I agreed with her, but she frowned.
"What?" I shrugged.
