DON'T LOOSE

"What are you trying to imply...."

Alice asked as she stared right down at Akram's Soul, but it seemed that this didn't concern Akram a least bit to, this showed how much experience this guy have, he knows how to play with words easily.

"I meant what I said Alice, play a game of tennis against these two here and if you win then, I might think about answering your queries you might have..."

The guy spoke while pointing towards two guys who were standing behind him and they didn't say anything just looked at us and showed a mocking smile to us.

"But if you lose... You have to do one thing.... whatever I say.."

He spoke as he walked closer to Alice while looking at her eyes with an intense gaze, seeing that look, she narrowed her eyes.

Well till now anyone can tell what Akram is trying to achieve here... He doesn't want to share any information with us that's why he is throwing unwanted resistance... Though it looks like..he is trying to do all of this to seduce Alice But I can tell that guy is'nt much interested on her he just wants to waste our time nothing more.

And I know that Alice knows this too but..... She doesn't have any choice here other than to imply on his request... She knows that we don't have any legal rights to be here questioning this guy....heck We even are here, if anyone knows about it then... I am sure we are going to get bombarded by many unwanted questions...

"I...I Accept..."

At last, Alice just turned towards me and I didn't have any choice but to nod my head in response.... seeing me nod, she also nodded her head and accepted the challenge.

Though I didn't even know why she turned around to look at me... It's not like anything is going to happen to me... It's she who has to do anything that guy says...

"Very good... Then take your position now will you..."

Akram spoke as he Clapped his hand and seeing that the other two nodded their heads and took the right side of the court seeing that we also took our Racquets and walked towards the left side of the court taking our place...

"So let this game be very simple, so the team who scored 15 points first will be the winner. Rules are the same as a normal tennis game. Use the Racquet you have to serve the ball towards your opponent in such a way that they won't able to pass that back at you."

Akram spoke as he looked at both of the teams... As if asking them if they have any problem or not according to rules...

Alice was on the left side of the court while I took the right as I don't know much about tennis so she was standing at the back from where she was going to take many hits while I stood at the front just ensuring that I was in the play...

The other two looked full of themselves as both of them were standing at the back though if looked closely you can say that one was standing much further than the other.

"Don't worry you just stand there and let the ball pass to me... Just hit those which you are confident enough that they will cross over... I have some experience of tennis as I played it in my High school, so don't worry about it."

She spoke and I just nodded my head. Now that I think about it... I never experienced how it feels to go to a normal high school or anything... Well, it doesn't matter after all.... No High school or any school can teach more than life itself.

"Seeing that no one has any problem here... Then let's begin the match..."

The guy spoke and Alice took the ball in her hands ready to serve.

Thud...

Then she bounced the ball one time on the ground and then threw it in the air and hit it with her Racquet passing the ball on the other side of the net in one smooth shot.

As the ball crossed the net with a very high speed it got bounced on the opponent's court and traveled towards the guy who was standing in front, but that didn't affect the guy a least bit also as he hit the ball with full force making the ball cross the net same as how Alice did.

The ball shot toward me but cross-passed me and I didn't even touch it as I knew it was not meant for me but for someone else.

Alice was in the right position as she traveled from one side to the other at a very high speed and again hit the ball making it cross the net again.

The battle between these tennis freaks was something else and I have to say that Alice is strong as she was currently playing against two experienced players and was still able to get us the points that we needed.

But as they say, the war can't be won by only a one person. That was true here too, as the more time passed the more Alice became tired after all running here and there alone while facing against two opponents. It's not that much easy and because of that, we started to lose points.

"Haa... Ha.ha..."

The match did take a troll at Alice as the tried look could be easily seen on her face. It was clear from the start that we were destined to lose no matter how much she tried winning against two people with low stamina is not possible. Heck, I am surprised that she was able to fight till now too. The points were 09:11, ours were 09 and there were 11. They need four more points to win this game and seeing that tried look on her face anyone can tell that this situation is not favorable for us.

THUD...

But even then Alice still tried to fight it as she scored one more point for our team, But it seemed that was her limit as she fell on her knees and started to take fast and shallow breaths.

"Oh, what do we see here? Alice, are you tired? Come on fight a little more it was getting a little interesting now..."

Akram spoke as he was sitting in his seat and drinking some cold tea while having fun watching the game.

"Ha...ha...Aaa..."

Alice tried to get up by using her Racquet as a support, but her body didn't support her thoughs as she fell but this time I caught her and looked at the tired her trying desperately to win against her problems.

"Rest Alice... We don't have any other choice tell them you don't want to continue with the bet and will leave...we will find another way of getting information."

I spoke as I looked at her tired eyes, while she narrowed her them and took my support to get up.

"It doesn't matter... I will fight till the end and do everything in my power to win..."

She spoke as she looked into my eyes with such determination. And seeing that look, I just sighed as I knew that there I no stopping her now, so I spoke even though I didn't want to say these words.

"Then let me play in your place.."

I spoke and she looked at me again, while narrowing her eyes again.

"Didn't you tell, you never played tennis in your life ever?"

She asked with a curious look on her face and I just answered her with a look that I thought was serious.

"Yes I did and indeed, I never played tennis ever in my life but I think I can play it after watching your game."

I spoke and still Alice looked at me with a different look which couldn't be explained easily.

"And it is not like you have much choice on your own... I can see you don't have much stamina left inside you... though you have high speed and accuracy you lack stamina. So even if you decide to play on your own. You won't last more than one or two strikes."

I spoke and a look of disappointment came upon her face as she knew that what I spoke was true.

"Very well... I leave this to you... I don't know how to say this but..."

Alice turned silent and a little bit later she spoke with a desperat look.

"Don't lose...."

I never had seen or thought that I will see this face on Alice's face ever. So I didn't know what type of face it was or what type of emotions were she feeling inside but still, I just nodded my head and we swapped position.

"So you ready now... Then let the match begin..."

'Well it seems, I have to become a little bit serious now...'
