When Tala Amihan Sisson was abducted by an alien starship, she didn't expect to be taken to an entirely different universe. A universe where the magic system is far more advanced than swords and sorcery.
Finding herself at the edge of an unknown galaxy, Tala will need to use her wits and determination to level up both herself and her companion, the mysterious starship Vector Free, a one-of-a-kind vessel created by the humans of her new universe.
But where is humanity? Why does Tala's presence inspire so much fear and hatred? And why are there so many governments, corporations, and bounty hunters after her ship?
If one thing is certain though, Tala isn't about to give up her ship without a fight.
Hello! Haizao here. For this novel I'm going to try something a bit more experimental. I'll be asking you, my readers, for inputs on how you want the story to proceed! Please note that at this time this is a more of a side-project for me. At some point in the future, I may end up republishing the story to participate in a contest (maybe WSA next year). I am very impressed by the story so far. There is a lot of action, with some very well-written space battles (Those can be tricky). The writing style is fluid and very casual. I like the jump into action with no info-dumping. I would, however, like to see the world explored more in detail in the coming chapters! Good job!
