- Joe Wilson!
His familiar face brought a wave of relief over me, and I couldn't help but smile at him as our eyes met. He had been so kind and helpful, going out of his way to help a stranger in need.
And he said something which made my heart skip a beat
"Where? Missy?",
He was wearing a white shirt and black formal pants, which made him stand out amidst the sea of casual attire. The contrast between the crisp white fabric and the dark trousers exuded an air of sophistication and refinement that set him apart from the rest. But what caught my attention even more than his impeccable attire was the way he carried himself with an air of quiet confidence, as if he knew something that the rest of us did not.
I find myself caught in a web of infatuation with a man who exists in a world far beyond my own. His wealth and status are intimidating, yet somehow—
"Anna!", I snapped out of my creepy thoughts when he called my name and brought me back to the earth,
"Yes! Yes...", what else would come out of my shitty mouth, "are you fine?", he asked and of course! I am damn fine!!
"Yeah...umm...I am actually going out to grab breakfast", and he precisely responds, "sure! Go ahead...see ya", and with that I flew away from his sight, more like, hiding my embarrassing self.
Joe Pov,
Is she really fine? A chuckle left my mouth when I saw her running with her tiny steps, and before entering the hotel someone called my name and now I don't want to turn around, Just minding my own business, trying to get into this hotel and someone has the audacity to call out my name. And now I'm stuck here debating whether or not I should turn around and acknowledge them. Like, seriously? Can't a person just have some peace and quiet without being bothered by others? It's so annoying!
Not until that person took my VIP card and went inside the hotel to have free cupcakes, "Laylah Davis!!! You cheap brat!!! You again came to my hotel to eat free cupcakes!", gosh!! It's useless to say something to her...ughh!!!
I rolled my eyes and went straight ahead to the reception, "10 cupcakes??!!!", I was shocked! How can she eat 10 cupcakes,
"Laylah, I don't think this is enough for animals", I said sarcastically,
—"this is for me", she said with a cute pout, more like, luring me
"One and the same thing, there is no difference between you and animals", She rolled her eyes and got those 10 pancakes packed up, probably going somewhere out, She was about to leave but then she turned around and called me,
"Joe!"
"What?", I asked,
"BZC2 is here, call that aashole and tell him to deliver it at the mansion", oh yeah, I almost forgot about it!,
"I'll tell him to deliver, so, make sure to tell your brother to check it properly, nothing should be missing or someone is gonna kill us!!", her eyes widened and she ran straight to home!
After some time,
I was sitting on one of the chairs in our dining hall, and was doing something on my laptop, I flinched when I received a call out of nowhere,
—"yeah BZC-"
"I'll kill you Joe!! I told you to call that motherfucker and tell him to deliver it by morning!!! I want them within an hour or else I'll kick your ass if I see you", and with that the call ended, I saw this coming, I can't believe I am older than him
I think that's the funniest thing ever, honestly. Like, imagine being older than someone and feeling like their younger brother or slave? It's kind of wild to think about, right? I mean, age is just a number at the end of the day, but still, it can mess with your head sometimes. Maybe he's just got that whole "older soul" vibe going on, who knows? But hey, as long as you both get along and have a good time together, who cares about age differences or roles in the relationship? Just roll with it and enjoy each other's company. Life's too short to be caught up in all that nonsense!
"Could you just fucking deliver that in an hour?", I couldn't stay gentle anymore, like, or else, I am.....done!
On call,
—"sir, delivery might take some—", and this guy for sure knows what kind of consequences he was trying to invite, and my simple answer was enough to scare his ass, "so, you prefer to talk with the captain", after my words a deep sigh was audible, and I continued, "it's his order, not mine, better be careful"
As I continued the call, a sense of unease crept over me. The instructions were clear - it was his order, not mine. What did that mean exactly? I had been chosen as the messenger, but now I found myself questioning the motives behind the directive. It was imperative that I tread carefully, ensuring my every move was calculated and deliberate.
I continued working on my laptop and my phone rang again, I got nervous to pick it up without knowing who it was, but then I checked the caller ID, and it was
Alexander Davis!
—"Great morning, you bug ass, glad you didn't vomit on me last night or else you would not be able to see this morning", I said with a grumpy voice, and I got a reply in a sleepy voice, "I don't know....what I di- ugh! My head is spinning!! Anyways, about BZC—", I cut him over, "listen to me carefully! The order will arrive within an hour, check the parcel really carefully, okay! Get your head straight, nothing should be missing!! Or else-", and he knew what was coming his way, "ugh!! That Annoying bastard!! He will tear my favourite shirt again!!....Gosh!! I am hanging up—",
So, the only problem and the only man who scares us is our captain, at least we have a good leader, it's for our own good
Our captain may be intimidating, but that's exactly what we need in a leader - someone who commands respect and instills discipline. He may strike fear into our hearts, but he also inspires us to work harder and push ourselves beyond our limits. He challenges us to be better and go further than we ever thought possible. His strong leadership skills, unwavering dedication, and strategic thinking make him the backbone of our team.
As I wrapped up my work for the day, I closed my laptop and let out a sigh of relief. That's when I noticed a small figure huddled in the corner, happily munching away on a donut. Her eyes sparkled with delight as she took each bite, savoring every moment of her sweet treat. It was such a simple and pure moment that made me pause and appreciate the little joys in life.
"Anna.....she is.... something", I mumbled while looking at her intensely
