Chapter 25: The Confession

Alexandra had turned to leave, without sparing her sister another glance. Hannah was left seething with anger behind her. Like a broken record player, Alexandra's warning replayed in her head over and over again. It felt more like a threat to Hannah.

Caleb watched as Hannah was now running up to her, grabbing a fistful of her long dark hair and forcefully yanking on it.

Alexandra felt her head being yanked back in one sudden movement and a yelp escaped her lips as she stumbled a few steps back. But it didn't take long before she regained her balance.

She quickly pulled her hair out of her sister's grasp. Without hesitation, she easily swung her arm back, elbowing her sister in her stomach before Caleb could even reach them to stop the chaos.

Alexandra was now staring at Hannah who had fallen over onto the ground dramatically, crouching down with her hands pressed onto her abdomen as she winced in pain.
