Beyond the Apocalypse

Orion saw the soldiers with devil bloodlines marching toward her troops and knew she needed to do something. Nearly twenty had died or could no longer fight due to the devastating High Champion Spell, but almost sixty angels remained, ready to fight the humans.

While those angels were wounded and disoriented, they were all warriors sent from Heaven with years of training, and Orion knew that if she managed to lead them properly, they could turn the tables.

Orion was taken aback by the figure's swiftness, and her shock deepened as she beheld the twin swords, fashioned from the same obsidian material as his armor, and the murderous glint in his eyes.
