It has been a long time since the element ceased to be an auxiliary tool for humans.

Pursuing its repressive goals, an organization from the Land of Thunder, called the Purge, attacks Windhelm, the capital of the beautiful Land of the Winds, which until this day was considered one of the few islands of peace and tranquility in this world.



The festive capital becomes a place of bloody carnage, from which, nevertheless, Raito Hakami managed to get out - a descendant of the once great clan of heirs of the violet lightning element, eliminated during the terrible revolution in the Land of Thunder twelve years ago.
