Did they know each other?
The slapped boy was also surprised, rubbing his throbbing forehead and blinking his reddened eyes in disbelief.
"Sister? How did you come out from there!"
...
In the counselor's office, Samson, looking defiant, stood beside Vivian.
On the other side stood another boy with a bruised face, Marvin Fred.
"Vivian, thank you for making the trip. Originally, two kids fighting wasn't a big deal, but after being separated, they dragged it to the office, and neither of them would back down. They insisted on continuing the argument," the counselor, with a hint of apology, explained.
"I briefly looked into it. Their quarrel seems related to you. I couldn't mediate, so I called you, hoping for your understanding."
The incident began with the twitter's trending
A few hours ago, Samson's roommate, Marvin, saw Vivian's video on Twitter.
After watching it repeatedly, he shook his head, commenting, "The car is indeed handsome, and the girl is stylish. But in real life, no men would want such girls."
This comment piqued Samson's curiosity.
Eager to gossip, he approached, only to find that Marvin was criticizing his cousin. Outraged, he demanded an apology.
Marvin, thinking that a woman trending on Twitter had no connection to ordinary university students, assumed she was a female internet celebrity Samson liked.
He advised, "Samson, you can't possibly like her. She's an apparent lesbian!"
To enhance his argument, Marvin brought out evidence.
"Have you seen the comments below? They're all girls screaming about marrying her."
Vivian, Samson's idol since childhood, immediately engaged in a debate with Marvin.
The two boys, both stubborn, refused to back down, leading to a physical altercation and the need to involve their parents.
Vivian found the situation troublesome.
Samson, however, felt proud.
"I told you she's my sister. Do you believe me now, you weakling?"
Marvin, unwilling to concede, retorted, "Does your sister have a boyfriend? If not, what gives you the right to say I'm wrong!"
Hearing Marvin's question, Samson hesitated.
Vivian indeed didn't have a boyfriend.
However, he knew it wasn't because she disliked boys but because, in Vivian's opinion, no one in the world could match her.
Dating was less interesting to her than studying car models.
But clearly, this reason wouldn't hold up.
Samson had a quick idea and shouted at Marvin, "Did you see the Maybach that brought my sister here today? It belongs to my sister's boyfriend!"
Upon hearing this, Vivian showed an expression of extreme astonishment. This guy would even lie for the sake of saving face!
She rolled up her sleeves, ready to discipline this unruly guy, when suddenly a deep male voice came from behind, "That's right, I am Vivian's boyfriend. Is there any problem? I can help coordinate and solve it."
Vivian: "?"
Why hasn't Jerome left yet!?
