Chapter 26 A Phone Call

Alexa's ears were constantly filled with two voices.

One was to praise Bentley for being handsome, and the other was to make malicious sarcasm, thinking that Bentley was a disabled person who couldn't manage the company well.

The person in the wheelchair was calm and unaffected by these words at all.

But Alexa couldn't stand it.

She pretended to repel mosquitoes with a look of disgust.

"Where did the flies come from? It's really noisy. It's the Rida Group. If I don't know it, I'll think I'm in the garbage dump. It's buzzing and annoying."

Alexa was smart. These words were enough to respond to them.

The whispering employee felt guilty, shut up immediately, and left.

Alexa felt proud when the gossip stopped.

Bentley looked at her.

"Do you feel relieved? In fact, don't worry about it. I've heard these words a lot. I won't take them to heart."
