Bonnie was chatting with Braden when she heard this. The smile on her face faded and she gave Elaina, who had tripped her up, a cold glance before sneering, "Ms. Flores sure knows how to put on a show."

Elaina's eyes turned red, and she asked in a small voice, "What does that mean, Ms. Collins?"

"Oh? I'm sorry, I forgot that animals can't understand human language," Bonnie said lightly, taking a glance at her phony demeanor.

Those who were sitting close by had heard Elaina's words earlier, and they couldn't stand her scheming behavior. Those who were far away didn't know what was going on, and they felt sorry for Elaina, who looked weak and helpless, and criticized Bonnie for being too aggressive.
