Chapter 69 You're Different From What I Imagined

Ever since she married Ambrose, Bonnie seldom visited the night market. It had been several years, and she felt curious when she came to the lively night market again.

When she got home from the company just now, she ran into Lambert at the gate who happened to be going out.

They greeted each other and chatted casually. Bonnie said that she planned to make a sandwich at home, and Lambert suggested that they might as well go to a nearby night market to grab a bite.

Bonnie was surprised at first. No matter which way she looked at him, Lambert looked refined and shouldn't go to the noisy night market.

However, Bonnie readily accepted the invitation. After all, if she had a choice, she didn't want to eat sandwiches.

The two of them crossed a road between two tall buildings and walked for a while before arriving at the night market.

Bonnie did not expect that there would be such a lively night market in this quiet place.
