I know that I didn't know him well enough to cry over him, but I couldn't help but remember his sorrowful eyes for me when I told him that I had no mate. Nor could I forget that he looked lonely, so lonely.

"I need to leave!" I muttered.

"How did you find out?" my father asked.

"Is it really that important how I found out? I need to leave, I want to see him one last time," I managed to squeak, "Please?" I pleaded.

"Of course, go ahead," I rushed outside and ran through the tall trees. Once I crossed on to Fraser's territory, no one stopped me, and I knew why.

Fraser must have informed them that I will come.

Walking inside the Vicious Delta Pack's house, I did not feel shy when every werewolf stared at me with a neutral expression.
