Chapter 52

The next day after my morning jog, I watched all the members from our group jogging a certain way. "Sheila, where are you guys headed?"

She ran over to me and said, "We are going for a swim in the river, David discovered it, I'm so excited," she grinned.

I smiled, "I'm coming," I said and then we both followed behind our group.

When we reached a long and wide river stretching amongst the trees, I stared at it in awe. All the boys took off their shirts and did a race to the water, while Sheila fanned herself and stared at their body.

I laughed.

I felt his presence before I even turned around to see Fraser in his black shirt and shorts, his marks were all gone from his marks, and he looked fresh. Before we could make eye contact, I turned away. Sheila ran to the river and threw her shirt to the ground on her way. She waved me over when she was knee deep.

I suddenly remembered my doctor's words.
