CHAPTER 40

Karen check his result and he was surprised by what he got.

He was really happy, he performed so well and he showed his result to his Dad and sister.

This made them all happy and he was very proud of himself that he is finally a graduate.

He called Eliza and Damien to ask of their results and they told him.

Damien's grade was 3.40 and Karen's own was 3.70 while Eliza own was 3.20.

They all passed and they are all happy for their excellent work.

Karen is very proud of being a graduate so he woke up the next day and met with his friends and they celebrate their results.

They were all happy about it.

Later in the evening they all departed and went to their various houses.

Karen then decided that it is time for him to search for a job and start his own future so as to give his family and girlfriend a good life they deserve.

He woke up the next day then dress up in a formal wear and he went searching for job.

Alexander decided that it finally time to propose to Mia so he call his staff and told them about this and they gave him advice on how to go about it.

He was really happy to have them as his staff.

He decided to propose to her in his mansion.

Mia did not know anything about this, she was thinking of her life with Alexander and was really happy.

She think of everything they have passed through and she thank God for making them victorious.

Alexander went back to the office after speaking with his staff and he met Mia waiting for him.

"I have miss you a lot" she said pouting like a baby.

"I am just gone for some minutes it is not like I went for a long time"

"That few minutes feels like months to me"

"Okay I am back now" he said then sit then Mia frown her face.

Alexander saw this and wonder what is wrong with her.

"Why the frown?" He asked.

"The baby want ice cream" she said.

"When did the baby say that?"

"Just now, you can't hear it, I am the only that can"

"Just say you want it and stop using the baby"

"I swear it is the baby"

"Okay I will tell someone to get it for you"

"No, I want you to get it yourself" she said and wanted to cry.

"Okay, I will go and get it" he said then stood up and went out to get it for her.

Mia wait for him to come back.

After some minutes he came back with the ice cream and give it to her.

She take it happily and began drinking it.

Alexander watch her as she is drinking it and after a while he continue his work.

Later in the evening they close from work and they were going home when Mia look at Alexander and he knew she wanted something immediately.

"Why did you want again?" He asked.

"I want pizza and coffee" she said slowly.

"Okay, let's go get it" he said then told the driver to drive to the place where it is been sold.

They got to and eatary and he got down to go buy it for her.

He got it after few minutes and gave it to her and she began eating it in a hurry.

After eating it she drank the coffee and threw the cup away.

"Aaargh!" She belge in a loud manner and this irritate Alexander.

"Calm down babe, we are in a public place" he said to her but she doesn't respond.

After some minutes they got to Mia's place then she got down and peck Alexander then bade him good bye and went into the house.

Alexander also drove away.

Mia got into the house and sat on the couch tired.

She could not make the dinner for that night.

Her father came back after few minutes and he met her on the couch dozing off.

He made her sleep well hen he went in to change his cloth and after he came back and went into the kitchen to make dinner.

Karen also came back and his father asked him of the job but he told him he could not find a job.

After dinner was done they both eat and keep Mia's own then they both went to sleep.

Alexander woke up the next day then he call his staff to get prepared that he want to propose to Mia that day.

He went to buy a ring and some few things then he went back to the house and decorate the house with the help of his staff.

In few minutes they were done and he called his driver to go and bring Mia to his mansion.

Mia wanted to go to work but her father said she shouldn't go that she should rest for that day but she insist on going so he has no choice but to let her go.

She got out of the house then met the driver outside then she walked to the cat and she enter.

The driver also went to the driver's seat then he drove off.

As he was driving Mia began wondering that this is not the way to the company but she kept quiet.

After a while they got to Alexander's mansion and she got down and the driver led her in.

She got in and she was surprised at the way she saw the house and she wondered what was happening.

Soon after Alexander came in and he knelt down on one knee then bring out the ring he bought.

"I never knew someone could love me until you came into my life, I never knew I could find happiness until I met you, I never knew I could become a complete human until I did that for you. In your lies my happiness, in you I see my future, my heart beat for you only and I could not think of being with any woman except you. Please do me the favour of becoming my wife,the mother to my children" he said and stretch out the ring.

Just then the staff came out of their hiding and they began shouting say yes.

She look back and saw the staff and she became surprised.

She look at her front again then stare at Alexander.

"Yes, I will marry you" she said happily and stretch forth her hand.

Alexander put the ring there and they both kiss each other.

The staff clap happily for them.

After they broke the kiss the staff congratulate them.

Then they left the couple.

After the staff left they both sat beside each other and they began kissing hungrily and they made out.

After that Mia told Alexander to give Karen a job in one of his companies ad he agreed.

After spending a lot of time together she went back home then she told her father and her brother of the proposal.

"I am really happy for you sis" Karen said to her.

"Thanks" she said happily and flaunting her ring.

After some days Karen was called to come to a company for a job interview and he wondered how it happened when he did not apply for a job in the company.

He went anyways and when he got there he went into the manager's office and he was interviewed and was told he will be called back in a few days.

He went home with the hope that he will be called.

The manager was impressed of his performance and his qualifications.

He concluded he was the one fit for the job.

After few days Karen was called to come to start the job the next day and he was overjoyed.

He told his sister and father about the goodnews and they were also happy for him.

The next day he started work as the Alssistant Manager.

Mia thank Alexander for offering him a job and such a high post.

AFTER FEW MONTHS

It was their wedding day and Mia was dressed up in a very beautiful wedding gown and make up on her face.

Her hair was packed and her veil on her head.

She was looking so beautiful.

It was finally the day she had been waiting for and she was really glad that she is finally getting married to the love of her life.

She was led into the car and they drove to the church.

Alexander was in the church waiting for his bride.

He was looking so handsome in his black shiny suit with a black shoe.

After a while they got to the church and Mia got down with her father and brother beside her.

She was led into the church.

Alexander saw her and he could not take his eyes off her.

She got to him and he held her hand and whispered into her ear.

"You are so beautiful, I feel like taking you here right now" he said and she hit him playfully.

The priest came and they say their vows and exchange rings.

Eliza, Bella and Damien were present there also and they all are happy for them.

After few months, Mia was rush to the hospital and she was taken into a ward.

Alexander went in with her while Karen and their father stayed at the reception.

After an hour, she gave birth to a very handsome baby boy.

They all rush in to check him and they were happy for them both.

She was later discharged and they went home with the baby.

They celebrated the welcome of the baby and was named Nathan.

AFTER A YEAR

Nathan can now walk and speak some few and he was looking so handsome.

Alexander and Mia's love for each other grew the more and they keep on cherishing each other the more.

Karen and Damien later propose to Bella and Eliza respectively and they gladly accept.

Few months after, they also got married and they all live happily after.

Alexander became happy that finally he and Mia later be together happily and he was more happy that they never loose their powers and he live cherishing and loving Mia the more.
