I am currently leading Ferry, who is closing her eyes as we enter this village. I can feel Ferry holding my hand tightly because she feels anxious.
But she doesn't need to worry too much because the other villagers definitely not gonna hate her.
"Hey look that's Ferry!" I heard one of the villagers shout, pointing in our direction after seeing Ferry appear.
"Ferry, you say!? Where?" another villager began speaking as they looked around.
I continue to lead Ferry, signaling to the other villagers to follow us as we walk towards a slightly larger area.
The other villagers seem to understand what I am signaling and they all start following us to the place we are heading to.
Not long we finally find a slightly larger field, but it looks spacious enough for us to do what we want to do.
"Alright, Ferry, we've arrived in the village," I say to her.
"Ferry, come on you can open your eyes now," Lyria says cheerfully.
Hearing that Ferry slowly opens her eyes, preparing herself if the villagers will look at her with full hatred... but instead of full of hatred, what she saw now were the villagers looking at her with gentle stare without slightest hatred.
"Welcome, Ferry!"
"You finally appeared!"
"Ferry, I missed you so much!"
All the villagers who followed us to this place start shouting with joy after Ferry opens her eyes.
Ferry looks very surprised when she sees all this, even I can see that she is truly touched by all of this and starts to shed tears.
"Everyone..." Ferry said while covering her mouth with one of her hands because her other hand still hadn't let go of my hand that was guiding her before.
"Come on, Ferry, approach them," I said to Ferry, who was trying to wipe away her tears.
"Rei is right, Ferry, it's been a long time since you met them so go and meet them," Djeeta also said with a smile.
Ferry stopped wiping her tears and looked at me and Djeeta, then towards the other villagers who were smiling at her...
"Yes," Ferry nodded, then released my hand and walked towards them all.
"Finally, Ferry's misunderstanding has been resolved," Io spoke.
"Yes, look at Ferry, she's smiling while chatting with all of them," Lyria said, observing Ferry and the others.
"Even her anxiety disappeared instantly, unlike before, now she looks very happy to be able to chat with them," Katalina also spoke while nodding.
"In that case, I also want to talk to everyone," Lyria then ran up to Ferry.
"Hey, wait, I also want to," Io also ran to catch up with Lyria.
Now there were only me, Narmaya, Rosetta, Djeeta, Vyrn, Drang, Sturm, and Katalina watching them while feeling happy because even though the mood on this island is very dark and gloomy but right now the mood on this place is really cheerful and bright with all the laughter from everyone.
I don't know how long they all chatted with each other because the island is covered in very thick fog to the point where I couldn't see where the sun is currently located.
"So, can you not sense the location of the Primal beast on this island, Rei?" Katalina asked me.
I could only shake my head, "I can't sense anything... this fog makes it impossible for me to sense the location of the Primal beast."
"In that case, we can only ask the other villagers if they know something or not... but seeing them chatting so happily, I don't know when we can ask them," Katalina spoke while looking at them all.
Ferry, Lyria, and Io were happily talking to the other villagers, Lyria and Io seemed very interested in hearing Ferry's past from the villagers.
"Yes, they all look so happy that I can't bring myself to stop their conversation," Rosetta spoke.
"Hey, hey, Rei, how about we both look for the Primal beast? Since we can fly, it will make the search easier," Vyrn suddenly suggested to me.
Hmm, that's not a bad idea since I don't know how long Ferry will chat with them all, so instead of just staying here, it might be better to look for Celeste.
"Is it okay? Searching in such thick fog?" Narmaya asked, feeling worried.
"It's okay~ besides, Rei can use Tiamat's wind to temporarily clear the fog," Vyrn answered Narmaya as he flew towards me and lay down on my head.
"Let's go, Rei!" Vyrn then pointed to the sky with his small hand...
"Huh? You're not flying by yourself?" I asked Vyrn.
"Of course not, and besides, we can search faster if we rely on your wings."
So basically, he's just lazy... well, whatever. "In that case, we'll go first, everyone," I walked a bit away from the others.
"Be careful, Rei! If you find something, come back immediately," Djeeta waved her hand.
I waved back towards Djeeta as I walked away from them, and once I was far enough, I began preparing to spread my wings.
Four black wings immediately emerged from my back, and with one flap, Vyrn and I flew into the sky filled with thick Mist.
After I flew into the sky and looked around, the only thing I could say was... can't see shit...
This fog really makes it hard for me to see far... how am I supposed to find Celeste...
"So, Vyrn, any idea where we should look for Celeste?" I asked Vyrn, who was lying on top of my head.
"I don't know. I can't see anything either because of this fog," Vyrn casually replied to me.
So we can only fly in a random direction....huh? If I'm not mistaken, in the game, they found Celeste after defeating the doctor who was experimenting with the Primal beast and wanted to control it. Unfortunately, instead of controlling the Primal beast, he ended up being absorbed by Celeste.
Hmm, if I'm not mistaken, when I fought Vira and Luminiera, I only needed to call Luminiera and she immediately responded to my call and then appeared from Vira's body...
It wouldn't hurt to try if I find the cliff where Celeste is hiding because I remember in the game, Celeste hides near a Cliff on this island.
"Hold on tight, Vyrn, I'm going to start flying fast," I told Vyrn and began using the energy within my wings.
Vyrn nodded and started holding on by using my hair. My four black wings began to emit their aura and finally I flew quickly searching for the Cliff.

"They've gone..." Drang spoke while trying to keep an eye on Rei and Vyrn who had disappeared from their sight.
"Are you sure you don't want to talk to them, Sturm? You always daydream when we're on the airship and when we're walking. I know you're worried about him," Drang turned to Sturm, who was beside him still staring towards where Rei had vanished from her view.
But Sturm remained silent not responding to Drang's words. However, Drang could sense what Sturm was feeling just by looking at her expression, as they had been partners for several years.
"Suit yourself then... I hope you won't regret your decision," Drang said to Sturm, then turned back to go find Ferry.
Sturm continued to stare in the direction where Rei had gone for a few moments while clenching her fists tightly... until she finally sighed heavily and turned around to follow Drang.
"Ferry, weren't you lonely all this time in that mansion by yourself?" One of the villagers who was very close to Ferry in the past asked her.
"Yes... sometimes I really wanted to come down from the hill and meet you all but I was afraid that you would hate me," Ferry replied while rubbing her elbow.
"Hahaha, you're thinking too much Ferry you know that we would never hate you right" Another villager happily replied to Ferry.
"Yes, besides, we can all say that we raised you too Ferry, from when you were a child playing here and making us all happy to see you."
"So whatever mistakes you made won't change how we feel about you, Ferry... We all always love you as if you were our own child..."
Ferry looked very touched hearing their words, and tears began to flow down her cheeks. "Thank you so much, everyone, and I'm sorry for not meeting you all for decades," Ferry wiped her tears.
Seeing Ferry cry, everyone started to hug her. They all stayed in that position for a few moments until Ferry finished crying.
"Sniff... Sniff... I'm so touched seeing them," Lyria tried to wipe away her tears.
"Yes... I'm also touched seeing them," Io said the same.
After everything was over, Katalina and the others approached them to ask something to the villagers.
"Excuse me, I apologize for interrupting your reunion but there's something we'd like to ask," Katalina said to the villagers next to Ferry.
Everyone including Ferry turned to Katalina and one of the villagers said "Of course, please ask us anything," with joy.
However, when Ferry couldn't find Rei as she looked towards Katalina and she asked, "Katalina, where is Rei?"
"Rei is currently looking for the location of the Primal beast, so he entrusted us to ask the villagers here," Drang replied to Ferry.
Hearing Drang's answer Ferry felt a bit disappointed because she couldn't thank Rei, as it was thanks to him that she was able to resolve her issues with the villagers and no longer feel lonely.
After that, Djeeta asked them if there were any strange occurrences before this primal beast appeared along with its fog.
They started to think for a moment, trying to remember what had happened because it had been decades since the incident.
"Let's see... Now that you mention it, an illness began to spread through the island around the time Celeste appeared, I think."
"Not exactly. The illness was already running rampant before the primal beast came. A traveling doctor showed up right around the same time, but the doctor couldn't do anything in the end..."
They all began to tell Djeeta and the others what they remembered. Thankfully, because there were many people here, they could all fixing their stories as some of them didn't remember.
All their stories had the same central theme... The sudden appearance of a doctor at the same time with the outbreak.
"Would you happen to know where that doctor is now?" Rosetta asked them.
"Zombie or ghost, we haven't seen any sign of the doctor on the island since."
"Disappeared without a trace, I see..." Katalina seemed to realize something as she summarized their stories.
"But if you want to check the doctor's house, you can go to the house he live when he was still here, his house is near the cemetery over there," one of the villagers pointed in a direction.
"That could be a good place to search," Katalina murmured upon hearing this information.
"Alright, then we will check there. Thank you everyone," Djeeta said to the villagers.
Djeeta and the others then bid farewell to the villagers and began walking away from them.
But as they had started to move away, suddenly they heard the sound of someone running towards them, followed by the shouts, "Wait for me!"
They turned around to see that the person was Ferry. "Ferry? Why are you following us? I thought you wanted to continue your conversation," Lyria asked Ferry.
"I want to help you, besides, you have helped convincing me to meet the villagers, so I want to repay the favor," Ferry said to them.
"But Ferry..." Djeeta seemed hesitant to invite Ferry because she knew what would happen if they stopped this primal beast.
"I know! After we stop this Primal beast we will disappear because thanks to this primal beast we are still here. But I am happy because I have reconciled with the villagers, so I have no regrets at all," Ferry interrupted Djeeta and looked at them firmly.
Djeeta and the others didn't know what to do, but in the end, it was Lyria who answered Ferry "Alright Ferry, in that case, we will take you with us,"
