"Donquixote Doflamingo was a former celestial Dragon. Obviously he knows some deep dark secret of the world nobels that he can threaten them to get away with many crimes. But that's not the mean issue. Donquixote Doflamingo is the Joker.
The ruler of underground black market and betting rings.
That makes him as dangerous as an emperor of the sea.
It is natural for them to hide their identity from an unknown party like us.
And besides they have given us more inside information then we could have gathered in normal means." Dragon said mysteriously.
"You know the identity of their leader ?" Sabo asked after he realized that Dragon might have found something.
"Not sure, but it is not that hard to guess, if you narrow down the possibility that this leader has currently infiltrated Donquixote pirates.
Among all the members of that crew the only one possibility who I could think of is the former princess Violet. She has been the member of Donquixote family for many years. But we don't have any more information on her."Dragon said to Sabo.
"So what do you want us to do ?" Sabo asked.
"From what we have gathered, Joker is the one responsible for all those weapon traffickings. And because of him , several kingdoms are suffering from civil war. He was the one who is supplying the opressors with weapons.
So taking down Doflamingo will definitely solve those problems.
But it won't be easy.
Currently Dressrosa is the kingdom that gives the highest amount of heavenly tribute in the entire world. That's why the world government won't support anyone who would actively try to take him down.
Not to mention his new source of legal income, the WWE, makes him economically very stronger." Dragon said solemnly.
"Yes I have read the report. The new queen Rebecca as responsible for those new changes in their usual fights in Colosseum. That's why she has become one of the most important figure in that country. From what we have gathered about her, she was a former Gladiator in the Colosseum until one day Doflamingo suddenly declared his marriage. She is strong and ruthless. But because she hasn't done anything illegal, the government has not assigned a bounty on her head." Sabo recalled the report he has read on the Donquixote pirates.
"Yes that's why it won't be easy for us to defeat them. That's why I want you to corporate with this leader and deliver these explosives to the agreed location." Dragon said to Sabo.

//Kingdom of Dressrosa
In the outdoor pool of the royal palace a party was going on. All the available members of Donquixote family along with a few other topless girls were present there. Doflamigo was giving a party in his successfull deal of artificial devil fruit.
Doflamigo was sitting in a luxurious sofa while wearing shorts. The weather was cold. So it was a great chance for sun bathing.
There are several women like baby 5 and monnet were playing in the pool, topless. Rebecca was also topless and was sitting on Doflamingo's lap. She was holding an expensive glass of wine in her hands.
"Shirorororororo ! Now all we need is a production line for S A D. After that we don't have to worry about producing smiles."
Ceaser clown laughed.
Doflamigo took the wine glass from the hands of Rebecca and took it in his mouth in one go.
Then he started kissing Rebecca and slowly giving the wine in her mouth.
*Moan*
Ceaser got aroused from the scene in front of him. But thanks to help gas gas fruit, he managed to hide his arousal. He knew that there are some boundaries that should not be crossed.
After finishing his kiss Doflamingo looked at the panting woman.
"What do you think, dear ? Where should we establish a production line for it ?" After Doflamingo asked to Rebecca, he went back on kissing her breasts.
*Moan*
"The chemical SAD, how dangerous it is for a normal human ?" Rebecca managed to ask Ceaser while she continued to moan lightly.
"Uh-uh-uh it's it is not that dangerous for normal humans. Unless someone decided to consume it in a large quantity." Ceaser managed to stutter out.
*Moan*
"How much S A D is required for a smile ?
*Moan*
How much important it is for a smile ?"
Doflamigo didn't stop his assault on Rebecca so she kept moaning in between her questions.
"SAD is very important. It's the main ingredient to make a smile. I can't say the exact amount, but we will need atleast 30 litres of S A D to grow one smile tree." Ceaser, who got a little used to the scene in front of him answered immediately.
"Then we should create this SAD manufacturing plant somewhere safe. SAD is not legal right ? Then we should not create a plant in Dressrosa. We should find an island that has enough resources to create your plant but at the same time deserted enough to create SAD without getting hindered." Rebecca answered as Doflamingo stopped his assault.
"Then I have a suggestion. But I need to discuss with Doffy about it." Ceaser said after thinking for a while.
"Fufufufu !
Then enjoy the party. This is for your success ! In the mean time I will catch up with my wife."
Doflamigo stood up while picking up Rebecca bridal style and went into her room.
Needless to say Doflamingo in good mood was very energetic. Which left Rebecca with an extremely sore body the next day.
