Because Of My Mistakes

"I had fun last night, Hunter," I heard Beth gawking away across from me at my locker. 


"Yeah, we should do it soon again, I bet that's why Blake is late," Hunter replied, closing the locker and walking away. 


"Hey Gemini, I'm sorry we got off on the wrong foot, maybe there's something I could do to make it up," she said. 


"Hey, Gem!" I heard Blake yelling, running towards me. 


"Well good morning, Blake," Beth said as he reached where we were.

The past week has been dreadful. Blake and I barely hung out, most of the time he's out with Beth or when we do have time to ourselves, she just appears. 


I was sitting around my desk typing a report on American History that was due on Monday.
