They were simple beasts, like Konnor had said. They had only the regular two stats, with the Spirit at Level 2, and just two simple-sounding skills. 

Multiply and Leap. It wasn't hard to determine from their names what they did. It was only that the nature of the skills would make them difficult to handle and counter all at once.

Small, nimble creatures that could multiply themselves to even limited degrees would be hell to handle. And it seemed they came in groups, so that made it ten thousand times more difficult.
