The Dog Arena in the southern outskirts, as the name implies, is located on the south side of Chuzhe City. Although not as bustling as the city center, tonight, most of the well-known figures of Chuzhe City had received an invitation, one that called them to the Dog Arena to witness a dogfighting event.
