"Xiao Xi, have you eaten?"
At the dining table, Zhu Zhiwen wolfed down his food and asked, his words muffled.
Smelling the fragrant meat, Cheng Xi swallowed her saliva secretly and smiled, "I've eaten already. This is specially bought for you, please eat."
"Mm, Xiao Xi, you're really good to me!"
Zhu Zhiwen devoured the two servings of food in the blink of an eye, leaving only a bit of soup in the lunch box.
Cheng Xi poured Zhu Zhiwen a glass of water and smiled, "Drink some water and take a rest. You've been painting all day, right? Try to rest early tonight and sleep well. Your body is not well, you shouldn't overwork yourself."
Suddenly, Zhu Zhiwen grasped Cheng Xi's hand, his eyes pleading as he looked at her, "Xiao Xi, don't leave tonight, okay?"
Cheng Xi hesitated momentarily but ultimately withdrew her hand, "Don't think too much, go rest in the room. I'll clean up here."
