There was much to discuss, as a standard had to be established. For this purpose, Marvin and others submitted the Kingdom of Windsor's magic potion standards, while the other three countries also presented similar documents.

Due to differing definitions of magic potions and their ingredients among nations, it was impossible to establish a standard in one day. The discussions would have to continue over the next few days.

At dusk, the representatives rode carriages back to their mansions. After a dinner meticulously prepared by Parisian chefs, the Second Prince and Archbishop Brandon came to Marvin's room.
