"Stop! I have something to say!"
Archbishop Faye halted his movements and turned to look at Anatole, seeing that he was looking at Levin with interest. He stepped back and stood aside.
"Anatole, I know what you're planning," Levin blurted out nervously. "You just want to capture my brother, don't you? I'm telling you! My brother doesn't respond well to coercion!"
"To be precise, I'm not trying to capture your brother, but to convert him into one of my followers," Anatole explained. "As for your statement that Nicholas doesn't respond to coercion, I believe I have never resorted to harsh measures, have I? Think about it, from the beginning to the end, it has always been you who deliberately avoided me, isn't that so?"
