The Korey Brothers arrived at the grocery store, trembling with fear.
Having received summoning from Marvin, they rushed non-stop to Flower Street and stood outside the door, not daring to enter until Levin opened it, only then did they step into the grocery store.
In the living room, Marvin sat on the sofa, facing a burning fireplace; the Korey Brothers could only see the back of his head and a small portion of his profile.
Inside the fireplace, the wood crackled with a welcoming warmth. Little Black was taking a nap on the carpet in front of the stove, occasionally lifting its eyelids to glance at the Korey Brothers who had entered the room.
"I'm glad you could come," Marvin's voice came through, "Sit down."
