The Moonlight Church headquarters saw this as an opportunity, to exploit the tarnish on the Magic Department and pressure the Royal Family to step back, making it possible to place a Legendary Mage in the Windsor District.

This mission was assigned to Philomena by the headquarters, who herself hadn't thought so much about it, as her primary goal was to avenge her fallen comrade.

Philomena summoned Dorin to her office alone, where the latter presented the collected intelligence and narrated the struggles of the Moonlight Church in recent years.

It was a lengthy spiel, basically accusing the Royal Family of acting despicably and bullying the honest folks, but now that the High Priest had arrived, the Windsor District would be saved.

It was a very average form of flattery which could be taken as Dorin's stance, who had no ulterior motives and only wished to assist the High Priest in whatever way possible, never shirking work or complaining.
