Chapter 2
"Red! Just in time for supper, come let's eat" Mom greeted me by the door while preparing the table "Hey! What's that?" Annie pointed at the book I was holding, "Oh, just a new interesting book I found at the library" I replied, "Why does it have stars and weird symbols in it? Is it magic? Woaahhhhh, or is I-" she was cut off by Dad who gently carried her to her seat, "Stop yapping and start eating little Annie" Dad said chuckling as he placed Annie gently on the table. "Hmph FINE" she screamed annoyingly and pouted while eating. I sat on my seat and ate, I looked at my family and gently smiled at them. Oh, how I appreciate their presence, it was such a lovely moment.
We all finished our dinner and cleaned the table, my dad carrying Annie to her room after she fell asleep on the couch watching her favorite show, and mom tidied the dinner table. As I was almost done washing the dishes, Mom suddenly hugged me from behind. "My dear Red, I admire you for your patience and kindness, keep that spark glowing honey," she said softly as she hugged me warmly. I wiped my hands and hugged her back "Yes Mom". After the warm moment, we all went to our rooms.
As I sat on my bed, I looked at the book I just bought. It looked vaguely familiar, but I don't know where I've seen it before. It was as if calling me its owner, I tried to open it but it was too hard, rather it was glued by its pages. "Damn, what did they put in this? Super glue? Why is this book so hard to open" I mumbled as I tried to open it several more times, until I gave up and lay on my bed, looking at the ceiling. I slowly closed my eyes and didn't realize I was already asleep.

"Hey, wake up sergeant!" A loud voice suddenly screamed, I woke up and saw Ms. Woods? as I was about to get up, she suddenly yelled angrily "Don't be such a princess Sergeant Red! It is time for your call, now quit lying and move!" She yelled as if her veins were about to burst, pointing at the door, and signaling me to leave the room. As I got up, I touched and softly shook my head, I was just at home a while ago. What is this place? Where's Mom, Dad, and Annie? More questions were fuzzing in my head, and I didn't realize that the place I once called home was gone.
I didn't know this place, where am I? Am I dreaming? What the actual f**k is this?! I ran and suddenly two guards were chasing "Hey! Stop!" a guard said yelling at me angrily. I continued to run until I reached a dead-end. "Please, I don't know where I am, where is my family? What is this place?" I hysterically said as I was panicking. They tried to calm me down and I didn't realize that they had tranquilized me to sleep.

I woke up, in a place that looked like a clinic, I suddenly saw a brunette-haired guy, who was around 6 foot tall, had a masculine physique, was a bit fair-skinned, and had eyes that were both equally opposite from the other, the right eye was pitch black and the left eye was crimson red. He looked familiar but suddenly he spoke "Red, you, okay?" He said in a calm and gentle voice, I was too stunned to speak and he hugged me gently. Out of nowhere, I suddenly hugged him and didn't realize tears were slowly dripping from my eyes.
"Hey, you didn't need to be so emotional around me" he softly chuckled and hugged me tight, it was as if he was trying to hide me so that no one would see me cry. He wiped my tears and looked me in the eye, "Hey, this isn't like you Red, are you seriously, okay?" he glared into my eyes, and I nodded "Where am I?" I looked at him and saw his face change, "I see, you gotta come with me" he took my hand and told the nurse I was alright, we left swiftly and he brought me into his home.
He locked the door and gently pushed me into his bed. "H-hey, w-what are you doing?" I looked at him and covered myself. He walked towards me and pinned me down to the bed "Hey, I know this may sound crazy, but I apologize for doing this" he said shyly and kissed my lips, I could feel his warm tongue, gently playing inside me. I was astonished, as my body reciprocated his warm kiss. He slowly pushed me away, "I'm sorry for doing this Red, but it was what you told me before you left," he said blushing, as he continued to speak I felt quite dizzy and didn't hear a single word he said.
Everything suddenly turned dark, I could feel my body falling…..
