"A wretched person like you will never understand my true intentions. That's enough talk; now, let's begin the second game."
As the icy voice fell, a series of "ka-ka-ka" sounds echoed, and the lights in the room flickered on one by one. The entire room was illuminated, and only then did everyone see the true situation inside.
The room was long and narrow, like a corridor in a school, just wide enough for two adults to stand side by side with arms outstretched. The room was densely woven with barbed wire, circle after circle, from top to bottom, almost filling the entire space, looking like a terrifying cage woven from thorns. In this cage, there was only one spot in the center of the room with enough space for one person to stand. At the very center of this space, a key hung on a thin string, glimmering coldly under the light.
