Lu Chuan scanned the room but did not catch sight of Ming Zongsheng.

He then looked down at the madame and asked, "Where is your top courtesan?"

"Goodness, dear customer, you certainly have high standards, asking straight for the top courtesan. Unfortunately, she is currently with a client and won't be available for quite a while," she said softly, covering her mouth with a giggle.

Seeing this, Lu Chuan immediately pressed further, "Is that so? Which room is she in now? Who is the guest she is attending to?"
