The crux of Phoenix's speech could roughly be split into two main points.

First, the advent of the ascension to the Thirty-Three Heavens was imminent, and all members of the heaven realms needed to "focus on details, focus on results, focus on effectiveness, focus on safety" when preparing for their tasks post-ascension. In five days, a large group of seniors from the Thirty-Three Heavens Fantasy Realm, renowned for their long-established fame, would gather on earth. They would contribute to the cause of the Thirty-Three Heavens. Therefore, the members must maintain an attitude of "treading on thin ice" in the face of this challenging yet rare opportunity, to strive further, to pioneer, and to achieve eternal glory.
