Getting away was easy from school.
All I had to do was leave my bike in the parking lot. Seth would search the entire school with Nathan trying to find me.
I grabbed my duffle bag and booked myself an Uber to the airport after quivkly changing out my clothes and wearing a cap. I avoided being seen by the cameras and swiftly made my exit.
So long Stone Valley. I pray that I never come back to this small town all the way out in Washington DC.
With the cash I had on me, I quickly bought a ticket to Las Vegas. My plan was to get to Mexico from there.
My phone buzzed in my pocket since it was past 6pm. The time when Seth was supposed to come and escort me out of school grounds.
Sorry buddy. Not today.
I declined his call.
Minutes later, another call came through.
I couldn't answer I because I froze on my spot. Cold sweats released from my forehead as I stared blankly at it.
