I'll be with you

Aurelia's gaze was a tempest, her eyes stormy with emotions I couldn't quite decipher. As she commanded Zeke to leave, I felt a shiver run down my spine not from fear, but from the sheer intensity that she exuded.

When Zeke had left, she turned to me, her expression softening ever so slightly. "Sit down, Lydia," she said, her voice a gentle command that I found myself obeying without question.

I settled onto the plush couch, watching as Aurelia paced before me. " No I was not jealous." said Aurelia her ear, a delicate shade of red, betrayed her feelings, and I couldn't help the chuckle that escaped me.

"You were definitely jealous," I teased, the words light and airy between us. Aurelia stopped pacing and looked at me, her eyes narrowing playfully.

Aurelia's attempt to deny her jealousy only made the situation more amusing. I couldn't help but grin as I watched her, her expression a mix of feigned indifference and thinly veiled irritation.
