Susan Arrives.

The road stretched out before them, narrow and seemingly endless, as the limousine glided through the shining morning sun. For Weslie, the journey was an uncomfortable one. She sat stiffly, her hands clasped tightly in her lap, eyes darting out of the tinted windows at the fleeting countryside. Beside her, Helene leaned forward eagerly, her eyes wide with anticipation, curious about what awaited them at their mysterious destination.

The situation made little sense to Weslie, but it was a preferable alternative to staying behind and facing the wrath of the infamous Dorm Mother, who prowled the halls like a hawk, ready to pounce on any student foolish enough to miss lectures.
