First target 1

"Will you please stop frustrating me already?" Cameron placed the phone on his ear irritatingly. "Mikael....please, help!"

Cameron stood up at the sound of her voice. He knew Prastina very well. She isn't the type to be scared. She is a very strong lady but why would her voice sound very scared?

"Mikael, please help. I...." Cameron didn't know why his heart started beating fast as the thought of something happening to her crept into his mind. He hated it whenever ladies are being assaulted or what other explanation can be given to someone who is crying on the phone and calling for help?

"Hang on, where exactly are you? I don't ---" He was still speaking when he caught the sound of her pounding heart. When did he entirely forget he had vampire special abilities?

"You are nearby...." Cameron whispered and was already out of the door.

Others were asleep and he was one of those on night duties again. Sheriff is wounded but will definitely be mad if he skips night duty again. He should understand that he wants to save Prastina right? Cameron was already at the end of the street while thinking about all those.

Making use of vampire abilities to run a few meters, tracing her heartbeats and breathing, run again.

"I'm sorry, please. I beg you, I'm begging you. I am begging you!" There he saw her begging just clad in her panties and bra, crying profusely and dragging herself away from those men.

Prastina wouldn't need help even when she's about to be assaulted but this, she couldn't handle. These guys were really muscular, numbers more than she can handle. Clad in just her bra and panties, crying and begging - Cameron's eyes glinted with anger.

Putting on his hoodie cap, he swept towards them like a silent fly. One by one, he took them down. He got few bruises on his face and lips by the time he was done with them.

"Prastina?" Cameron walked slowly towards her and she looked at his blue eyes in tears.

He removed his hoodie cap and she hugged him immediately.

"Mikael....." As new as it might seem, Cameron thought of how her boobs clad in a half bra felt on his chest. He removed his hoodie and put it on for her.

Prastina sniffed and looked at him in appreciation but that was when she saw it. Black marks on his neck and forehead, his skin looked pale too.

"Are you fine?" She had to ask and he looked at her, directly on her purplish lips.

At that moment, he felt something snap inside him. "I am fine. I should take you home now." Cameron assisted her up. Prastina wondered how he came this far without a car within seconds.

"Where's your house? You can't go back to the office like this. You owe me an explanation when you are fine." The tone of his voice suddenly turned cold.

Prastina nodded, gripping his hands even though she noticed something was kinda wrong. There it began, his body suddenly started vibrating. It all happened at once, his nails and teeth began to elongate. His eyes were changing too. His wrist snapped and Prastina gasped.

Cameron removed his hands from her hands immediately. It was already late and there were no cabs around. "We need to move fast." It wouldn't give him a settling feeling if he leaves her alone on the roadside to find her way home.

"Mikael, are you alright?" Prastina had to ask, gripping his hands again. Cameron had to appreciate the fact that it was dark or his secrets would be out in the open and it wouldn't look good. "Ah!" Just by gripping his hands, his elongated nails pierced her hand.

Cameron hissed in frustration. He threw her on his back and activated his race abilities. Prastina wouldn't deny it felt good to be in flying air but how could he run so fast? Yes, he was tall and muscular but him running like he was flying is so strange and what was that that pierced her hand?

In few minutes, Prastina was already at the front of her house after giving small description of where it was located. "Do you mind having tea before you go?" Prastina asked. Cameron's breathing was becoming ragged, his eyes and body were itching so badly.

"Tina!" Her mother flew out of the door to hug her. "Are you alright? I have been expecting you since 7pm after your evening shift. What took you so long and where are your clothes?" She asked so many questions. By the time Prastina would refer to Cameron who helped her out, he was already gone.

Cameron was sweating very hard when he entered into his house. His ribs, bones and joints were cracking so hard. Horrible sounds were being made and he either groan or grunt at every smack of cracked bones. Beads of sweat was all over his forehead and body.

He had no idea why these strange things keeps occurring. This is the third time he would be experiencing this pains and he has no idea why or is he the next to be killed after his mother? "Who the hell is doing this?" He muttered and that was it, he screamed in pain.

The next morning was another day for Sheriff to scold him for not doing his last night's shift. There it was, the number of two days ago. "Your revenge should be more reason you should accept my offer." The same statement repeated in his head.

"My number is on your door. I know you'll change your mind." Cameron huffed, tearing the papered number off his door and putting it in his chest pocket. "Good morning Cameron." Gallagos greeted and Cameron nodded, looking at his wound which was almost healed.

Cameron walked into his office and dropped his coat. He was grateful Sheriff is still resting at home because of his wound which appeared deep. Looking frontwards, Prastina wasn't on seat today too. Well, that makes his plan a bit more easy.

Quickly, he snuck out of the office. Driving his car straight to the address given to him after calling the number.

"I knew you were going to change your mind." Cameron almost rolled his eyes at the man's sarcastic words.

"What job do you have for me to do?" Cameron asked, going straight to business.

"Jorgenson Rutt. That's my name." The man introduced while they walked past two doors. One was a night club while the other, Cameron didn't think it was useful. Several armed men, maybe bodyguards or whatever.

They got to the main office and it was obvious Jorgenson Rutt is a very rich man. The office was screaming money and wealthiness but Cameron was less fazed. He just wanted to do whatever and get the hell out.

"A man who has seventy bodyguards, ten sluts who are armed and about a hundred assassins at his one time disposal."

Cameron rolled his eyes again. Can the business just begin already? Jorgenson chuckled.

"I didn't expect you'll be this impatient." He slid a picture towards Cameron.

"Richard Mics is your first target." Cameron's eyes widened. How is he expected to kill a runaway assassin and criminal that escaped prison ten years ago?
