I am so damn thrilled to announce that I have completed the first volume of this fanfic, comprising 98 chapters!

The series will continue without breaks until it reaches its epic climax for good.(At least that's what I am hoping for)

Anyway, from here on, let me share some of my thoughts on [Volume - 1], which I titled [Season - 1].

Now, let's dive into my random thoughts. Some might feel I am going off-topic right from the start, but please bear with me.

Topic - Yuigahama Yui is different in this fanfic.

If you read the last chapter and felt that I portrayed Yui's character differently from the show, particularly in how she prioritizes her friendship with Yukinoshita over her crush on Hachiman.

Then you are both right and wrong at the same time.

In this fanfic, Hachiman's accident occurs in the middle of his first year, unlike in the show, where it happens on his first day.

As a result, Hachiman misses his entire first year, reducing his interactions with Yui post-accident.

I hope this clarifies some of your doubts.

Additionally, before I started writing(:uploading) this fanfic, I wasn't aware of the extent to which Yui's character was disliked online, with some labeling her as manipulative and selfishly concerned with her social standing.

But if you ask me, I say that shit is unnecessary and too deep.

I enjoyed Yui's character when I first watched the show, and maybe I was not mature enough at that point to understand all the complexities and motives behind her actions.

So when I started writing, I kept my initial impressions.

I was surprised when I encountered comments pointing out these darker interpretations of her character.

Nonetheless, I stuck to my original vision and continued with it... and maybe even succeeded in portraying her properly.
