Although the enemy Mecha platoon had started their systems again, they had lost their systems in the middle of an approach maneuver. Without orbital engines, no matter how much they wanted, it would take them a little more than thirty seconds to regain control and make a safe descent.

The dive of the raptors was brutal; the seconds passed as they strained their engines and the ability of their orbital engines to descend at much greater speed than the enemy.

25 seconds, the enemy Mecha squad would have been very stupid if they had not made an approach by dividing into several groups. One group for each of the cardinal directions. Only two of them would be targeted by the human Fast Mechas.
