Chapter 17: Horror Mission 2 Suicide is the best Choice

From Carl's perspective this beast was a humanoid, having no footwear as it had claws and a wild animal like leg to probably aid it's speed, it's face was scary having huge fangs about a hundred of them and it's huge yellow eyes could see through the soul, it's tail was filled with spikes and hands with so many claws about twelve inches.

'Even a mad man would run another way from this.'

Carl gulped twice as he counted the hours he had spent hiding there, up to three and still could not get himself to move an inch.

He could hear footsteps run around the closet sometimes and would quiver in response, some of those times were hisinds playing tricks while others were realistic as hell.

This made him consider sweet suicide in an instant but he still had things to live for.

Wishing Gambit and the others would wake up was the next best instance but he was sure the moment they tried to lift a finger it would be gone alongside half of their body.

Creak! That was the noise again of the beast coming closer.

This time instead of running past him it's stood at the closet and Carl heard it touch the door a few times like it was trying to get in silently.

'This is the end!' Carl cried a bit grabbing a broken glasd that was sharp and placing it to his neck.

He had actually made suicide more effective from cracking his neck to an unclean stab. It felt like an upgrade but seemed like more toture.

'Goodbye world this is me signing out, really thought I would grow old that time.....'

As Carl placed the shard at his neck to make the final slash he heard the sound that thew his entire world into distortion with liquid pouring all over him.

It was Eri's voice and this broke his heart, tears instantly flooding out and soaking his face down to his shirt, "AHYAAAAKAAHHH!" He cried like a baby.

"Thank goodness you are still alive," Eri spoke again opening the door of the closet to see Carl pouring out like the child he was.

He bent over and picked him to an embrace he commonly knew as a father taking his kid, carrying him close to his shoulder and walking away from the scene.

"Gambit, Sky and Elsa are already awake and are still searching for you," Eri spoke softly to Carl. He got no reply though since the kid was penetrated with so much fear that made him shiver.

'Man i can't believe my form gave this kid an unforgettable scare,' Eri scolded himself for a bit before introspecting what occured a few hours ago.

Just like what the system said, it took control and turned him into a menacing Vampire that killed all the alien men whatever they were. After that he transformed back and got a few rewards to show for it.

That was when the other's woke up and the sky's cleared out to be afternoon, and from then onward they searched for Carl.
