Dwindling

"Thrash this Vanguard Guild member! I've been wanting to do this since I stepped foot here." 

"Yeah, these cocky little bastards think they're some big shot huh. Eat my fist!" 

A group of people began to form and thrash those from the Vanguard Guild openly on the street, completely unafraid of the NPC law enforcement.

By the time the NPC law enforcement team arrived, most of them had already escaped, with only a few being caught due to their slow movement speed.

However, as time continued to pass, more and more people rushed to Star Falls City to wreak havoc. It was to the point that it became an organized crime to thrash and kill any players with the Vanguard Guild emblem.

They were all separated into different teams: Killing, Spotting, and Informant.
