The Final Gate (1)

I could tell from the voices in the background that many of the officials didn't agree with my plan; some people were yelling about how there was no proof of my claims, and others were saying it made no sense to pull back when we were so close to victory, but I knew the Commandant was like-minded with me.

He, like everyone else, had been watching the feed I was producing through the drones and had zero qualms with how I was handling the battle. The Commandant was no fool; he could tell at a glance that none of the weapons we heroes used were simple, and then there was the force behind our talent skills.
