"What?" Princess Nyx asked, as she looked at Hael who was slowly retreating backward. Her gaze furrowed as she looked at the five guards who had all picked up their weapons.

"Hael. What is—?" She was about to say, but in the next instant, she found Hael disappearing right before her gaze. A hand grabbed onto her shoulder and in the next instant, she found herself on his firm back.

"We run!" Hael said to her, and in the next instant, two colossal wings ripped through his shirt as Hael stamped his feet on the ground, the entire bridge quaking from a single step forward. In the next instant...

All Nyx heard was the air around her exploding as Hael burst forward with horrifying speed, his wings flapping with all their power, and he became a shooting beam of light soaring with terrifying speed towards the distance.
