Ambush

Toru's eyes widened in surprise. "They're from Squad Omega!"

Riasa said firmly. "With Akari!? Let's be moving!"

Hana rejected, her eyes fixed on Yukiko and Misuki. "No, let's help them...."

Yukiko stood up, her haori fluttering around her as she dusted herself off. Her eyes were fixed on some distant point. "Kaito... we have to get him quickly!"

Toru said in disgust, his eyes rolling upwards. "Ugh! Commoners trying to be important..." He turned on his heel and walked away.

Misuki's eyes blazed with anger, her voice low and menacing. "Hey, who you calling commoner!?"

Yukiko said, her hand on Misuki's arm. "Misuki...."

Misuki strode up to Toru, her fingers closing around his shirt like a vice. "You think you're so much better than us, don't you?" she hissed, her eyes inches from his.

Toru's face was red with rage, his eyes bulging as he tried to shake off Misuki's grip. "Let me go, you...!"

Hana spoke up, her eyes fixed on the struggling pair. "Toru, stop. We don't have time for this."

Yukiko's eyes were fixed on Misuki. "Kaito... we have to get him quickly."

Riasa said urgently, her eyes scanning the horizon. "Yeah, let's move. We can't waste time here."

As they started to move away, Toru grumbled, his eyes fixed on Misuki. "This isn't over, Squad Omega."

"I'll make sure to report your insubordination to the commander."

Misuki smiled mischievously. "Oh, I'm shaking in my boots."

Meanwhile, Kaito fell onto the ground in another section of the ruin...

Kaito's eyes fluttered open, his hand rubbing his sore head. "Oww!! Where am I???"

As he looked around, his eyes widened in surprise.

"Well, this place is seeming nice... for specs." He sighed, his eyes scanning the lush greenery and ancient stones.

He felt a sudden tug on his legs and looked down to see vines wrapping around them.

"Huh??!"

He swung his hand and sliced the vines with plasma edge, his eyes narrowing.

"I just had a weird chill."

And then, he remembered the forest Spec. He was about to take a step but felt a presence he couldn't ignore.

"Huh! What's that?!"

"It's not a spec," 

"I'm sure,"

"This was someone with a very good climax pressure."

He materialized his blade tonfas, his grip firm. "I can't let my guard down."

A smoke suddenly appeared, enveloping Kaito in a thick, impenetrable fog.

He coughed, his eyes stinging from the dense smoke.

"What the...?! Where's this smoke coming from?!"

The smoke spread rapidly, obscuring the surrounding area.

Kaito's eyes strained to see through the haze. "Why is it too thick?!" he exclaimed, coughing again.

A voice echoed through the smoke, mocking and sinister.

"Look what we have here?!"

Kaito's grip on his blade tonfas tightened. "Huh??"

A figure emerged from the smoke, its features slowly becoming visible.

Kaito's eyes narrowed as he recognized the speaker. "Who..."

Hatoshi smiled wickedly. "Looks like we have a new game we can play..."

Meanwhile, the team continued to navigate through the ruins, their footsteps echoing off the walls...

Yukiko said with a little joy in her voice. "I'm glad we all calmed down."

Hana's response was laced with a hint of humor. "Well, I'm glad you guys followed us."

Toru said with a hint of sarcasm, "Yeah, let's all just calm down and forget about the fact that we're stuck with them"

Misuki said playfully. "Not like he likes it."

Toru replied bluntly. "Why would I? You should get out of here... this place is dangerous."

Riasa said with urgency, her eyes fixed on Toru. "You want another beating?"

Toru smiled smugly, his eyes flashing with anger. "I was off guard then."

Misuki's eyes sparkled with excitement, her fists clenched. "Oh, you want to go again?!"

The ground began to rumble, the sound growing louder by the second.

Yukiko's eyes widened in alarm. "What's going on?!"

The team exchanged nervous glances. The ground broke apart, and the team plummeted into the darkness, their screams echoing off the walls of the abyss.

"Everyone huddle up!" Yukiko yelled, "Frozen Domain!"

It encased them in an ice shell. They landed hard on the ground, the domain thawed slowly and revealed their surroundings.

"Everyone okay?" Yukiko asked, her voice laced with concern.

Misuki nodded, her eyes scanning their surroundings. "Yeah, we're good. But where are we now?"

Hana's eyes were fixed on the walls of the abyss. "I think we're in some kind of underground chamber."

Toru's eyes narrowed. "And I think we're not alone."

Yukiko's eyes scanned the area. "Something tried to attack us!"

Metal rods began to fall from outside the domain, clattering to the ground.

Toru's eyes widened in surprise. "Iron rods?"

Hana said with a hint of fear. "I'm starting to think the ground opening wasn't a coincidence!"

Toru reached out his hand and his threads snapped out to tie up an incoming rod.

He yanked it to the side, dropping it to the floor with a clang. "Watch out!"

Riasa said urgently, her eyes scanning the surroundings. "We are being attacked!"

Everyone assumed battle positions. "And by the looks of it, it's not by a spec!"

"Someone is attacking us!"

The metal rods clattered, they looked around, trying to locate the source.

Yukiko's eyes narrowed, her gaze fixed on the left. Metal clangs.

Misuki's head whipped to the right. Metal clangs.

Squad Beta spun around, their eyes scanning the shadows. Metal clangs.

A voice boomed from the darkness, echoing off the walls. "Food has been served!"

A figure emerged from the shadows, a sinister grin spreading across his face.

Kenshiro's eyes gleamed with excitement. "Now the dish will be superb!"
