"Hello viewers...Keiko here...*I say this while traditionally bowing to the viewers before bringing my attention back up again in order to continue to address the viewers*...Now then viewers...let us now get on with the chapter...And what a chapter it is viewers...As it is the start, of the next crossover with the rest of The Four Aces Alliance...But first viewers...like always...before we go into this episode...a quick recap of the previously told episode is in order...*I say this, while smiling with both eyes closed, and my head tilted to one side, in a cute manner*"

And here is the episode recap in question...

Date: September 20, 2009

And, as it currently stood, me and Misaka, were currently both, in a very less then stellar or happy mood. And the reason? Well about that...

"Can you two please wait up? I can't run as fast as you both!" The unmistakably annoying voice of one Misaki Shokuhou wound up saying to the both of us, as she was currently struggling to keep pace with us both.

And not surprisingly...

"Well Shokuhou, are you having trouble keeping up with the both of us? I thought that you participated in the athletic like activities at Tokiwadai like the both of us did? Well Shokuhou...it looks as though, that is clearly not the case...And you know what viewers?...It is just so difficult to say any of this, without looking as smug as I currently do right now," I wound up saying to Shokuhou, with a now very noticeable, and very smug looking smirk on my face, that would even make one Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson giddy. And, while I was still very much smiling this smug smirk, I had briefly turned my attention, to the right of me, to briefly address the viewers.

And unfortunately...

"What was that Keiko?! Would you care to repeat that statement of yours?!" Shokuhou suddenly wound up saying to me, with a very not pleased sounding tone in her voice. And, while she currently wore, a very embarrassing looking blush, on her face.

"Gladly Shokuhou!...Are you...having trouble...keeping up...with the both of us?!...I thought...that you participated...in the athletic like activities...at Tokiwadai...like the both of us did?...Well Shokuhou...it looks as though...that is clearly...not the case!" I once again repeated my statement back to Shokuhou, as a means to get her just that much more upset. And I said it, with the same all too telling smug smirk, still very much present, on my face.

And to be honest, after Shokuhou had used my epithet back on August 9, as a way to try to get me to pop off in anger. I figured that this, was my way, of getting back at her for that.

And not surprisingly, this wound up irritating Shokuhou even more. Which, wound up with her choosing to insult Misaka as well. And, as the three of us, continued to argue with each other. I could only briefly think, what this sort of argument, would look like to the viewers.

Well, it was the three of us, in the alley in question, making weird looking gestures with our arms, as the three of us, continued to argue, for the next minute or two.

And, after the argument between the three of us, had concluded. The three of us, just so happened, to have learned. And not surprisingly in fact, that Gensei Kihara, was still very much alive. And, while this wound up surprising the absolute living daylights out of Misaka and Shokuhou.

I however, was not even the slightest bit surprised. But, in order to not make it seem, like I already knew, that Gensei Kihara was still alive, I decided to share the surprised expressions, that Misaka and Shokuhou had displayed, in order to not draw any sort of suspicion towards me.

And, a short while later, as the three of us, sped towards our new destination, in a fancy looking car. I then took immediate notice, of all of the cars in front of us, then suddenly parting like a wave to either side of us. And as we continued to speed along, I then noticed, that Shokuhou, seemed to be clutching her face with one of her gloved hands.

But, before I could respond in order to figure out what was wrong with her. The disembodied voice of Urd, then wound up speaking to me in my mind.

"In case you're wondering Keiko...Shokuhou is in this state due to her current use of a device called Exterior...and in case you are wondering about what that is Keiko?...It is a device, that allows her to use her powers in a much more broad sort of matter...But as you can see, it winds up taking its toll on her through excessive use," Urds voice wound up saying to me through my mind.

A little while later, as me and Misaka happened out onto a roof of a building at our destination, after Shokuhou, had gone off to do something, for a reason known only to her. I then took notice, of an all too familiar looking figure, standing on the roof. And not surprisingly, it sent me and Misaka, into a severe fit of anger.

"Damn you Kihara! How dare you harm her!" I said to a currently evilly smirking Gensei Kihara, who was currently standing, over a currently downed, and unconscious, #10032.

"Ah Keiko, Railgun, it is so nice to see you both again," Gensei said to the both of us, with his smirk still very much present on his face.

"Spare us both the attempted pleasantries Kihara! Because the last time I checked, we killed you!" I said to Gensei Kihara while still in a fit of anger. But, there was a method, as to why I had said my statement in this manner.

"No, you killed a double," Gensei then said in response, saying the exact line that I had expected him to say, in response to my statement.

"Hello viewers...Keiko here...*I say this while traditionally bowing to the viewers before bringing my attention back up again in order to continue to address the viewers*...So viewers...do you know what video game, that the recent two lines of dialogue are from?...Well viewers, for those of you who are a fan of the Call Of Duty franchise, you will have almost immediately have realized, that it is from Call Of Duty Black Ops...the one with Alex Mason...when he realized, that a certain villain in that video game, wasn't dead...Now then viewers...back to the story...*I say this, while smiling with both eyes closed, and my head tilted to one side, in a cute manner*"

But, the next thing that happened, was not something that I was expecting. As I then heard a somewhat crackling sound from just above me and Misaka. And, as both me and Misaka, wound up looking up towards the source of the sound. I was just able to make out a weird mass, of dark red colored crackling electricity.

And, while I was able to action roll out of the way of it just in time. Misaka on the other hand, was not as lucky as I was. As she wound taking a direct hit, from the dark red colored mass of crackling electricity. Which, wound up blinding me temporarily, with a bright light.

But, as the bright light, died down temporarily, I was then greeted, by a shocking, but familiar sight. As Misaka, was now glowing a bright blue color, and now had what looked like glowing strands of energy, trailing from different parts of her person. And it was then that I knew, that the way Misaka looked right now, was exactly as she had looked in the visions that had been shown to me by Urd.

But, before I could say anything else, Gensei then wound up speaking up. "Now it is time, to see if Misaka, can reach Level 6!" Gensei wound up saying. Which, with me now realizing what was now happening, then caused me to suddenly start crying, as tears, now started to stream, down both of my cheeks.

Since I also now knew, that if something wasn't done, to save Misaka from what was about to transpire, then me, her, and the rest of Academy City, would be wiped off of the map.

Date: September 20, 2009

So, as it currently stood, I was in a pretty bad way. And given the currently unstable looking state of Misaka, this was more then justified.

And, as Misaka, who was still currently very unstable, then proceeded, to launch an immense amount of electricity, towards a nearby building. Which I then noticed, had no windows on it. I took notice, of Misaka, then teleporting off of the roof of the building. And I wound up taking off right after her, having used my electricity, to sort of fly through the air, and then use it as a sort of cushion, to get me to the ground safely. As I had used the electricity, to slow my downward speed, as I neared the ground. But, just as I landed, and took another notice of Misaka's still very much unstable state, I couldn't help, but fall to my knees on the ground, and then proceed to slam my fist into the ground, just as I had done in one of the visions, that had been shown to me by Urd.

"It's all my fault Misaka, you didn't deserve to have this done to you. I am so so sorry, that I couldn't protect you more. It should've been me...not you!" I said, between sheer distraught sobs, and the immense tears, streaming down my cheeks.

And yet, I was not able to notice, that me and Misaka, were no longer the only people, who were currently present, in an too familiar looking open area.

In fact, a certain black spiky haired male, and another with an all too familiar looking white headband on his head, had happened onto the scene. And, while I was still violently sobbing, Touma and Sugiita, tried to return Misaka back to normal.

However, unlike last time, Touma's Imagine Breaker, wound up having no effect on Misaka. And as a result, neither he, or Sugiita, could return Misaka back to normal.

And, as if things couldn't get any much worse. Misaka, who was still in her glowing, and also quite unstable looking state, then suddenly decided, to shift her focus, as well as her attacks, towards me. And with Misaka, then proceeding to fire off quite a strong looking attack towards me. It really did look, at though this, was the end of the line for me. However...

"Saint...Twin...Swords!" The all too familiar voice of a certain scarlet haired Love Angel suddenly rang out. Which was then instantly followed, by one Angel Salvia, flying over towards me, with the use of her angel wings.

Which was then followed, by Angel Salvia, then standing in front of me, with her Saint Twin Swords drawn. And, once the attack had almost reached her, she wound up using her Saint Twin Swords, in a sort of swords crossed stance, in order to deflect the attack.

And upon me then suddenly snapping out of my currently distraught stupor, upon seeing Angel Salvia, suddenly dash towards, and then stand in front of me, in order to deflect the attack from a still very much unstable Misaka. My expression, then couldn't help, but then turn, to a small smile.

And it was at this point, that an all too familiar sounding female voice, then chose to speak up.

"Well Lucky Strike, though I would say, that we would currently be meeting again, under much less dire situating circumstances. But given the situation, I would say Keiko, that you could currently, use some help, am I right?" The familiar sounding voice of one Angel Bluebell said to me, with a smile, now very much present, on her face.

And, I then also took notice, of one Wedding Peach, Angel Lily, and Angel Daisy, standing beside her. And it was then that I knew, that what was about to take place. That like back on August 9, would truly wind up going down, in anime history.

"Alright viewers...Yes, Angel Bluebell here...It is so nice to see you all again...Now then viewers...I would say that this, is now a good place to stop for now. In a sort of cliffhanger chapter ending of sorts. Why you viewers may ask? Well, because if I didn't, then there wouldn't be any convincing reason, for all of you viewers, to wanting to read on. So with that in mind viewers, I will see you all in the next chapter...right Keiko?...*Angel Bluebell says this, while smiling in a cute manner, with both eyes closed*...*And this is while I look on at Angel Bluebell, with a sort of shocked looking expression on my face. Since I now knew, that we now, had a very good fighting chance, against Gensei Kihara*"
