After having lived a life full of anguish, betrayal and the constant pressures of having to make his parents proud, 17 year old Simon Cavil found himself at death's door after being accidentally run over by a Truck. 

His blurry and lifeless eyes gazed into the skies and he saw birds flying freely in the skies above him and felt envious of their freedom.
Under his dying breath he muttered: "I wish I was as free as those birds."

And just like that his wish was granted, and he now found himself in a perilous fantasy world where he must either adapt or perish!

Lidae shouted from a Wyvern and jumped into the nest, his coarse voice rustling the dry grass.

"My Liege!! I won't let you rot in there anymore!"

"You can kill me if you want to! As long as you get out of that hole!"

"Are you crazy, you damn lizard?!"

Upon hearing from his subordinates that Lidae had come flying in this direction, Ariel hurriedly followed to avoid a disaster.

"Shut up Ariel!! How dare you let our Liege rot like this?! You call yourself a First Knight?!"

"You don't know what you're saying you damn lizard brain, shut your mouth and get out of here!"

Ariel grabbed Lidae's neck and the two continued bickering back and forth.

The finally heard movement from within the cave, causing them both to stiffen up as they waited patiently.
