The Reality Hits

"I am what?" 

"You were offered to be summoned to another world." 

Is this really happening? Right now?? Summoning to another world are always been my dream since kid. But now the offering is in front of me! How lucky am I?? 

"Deal! I will take your offering, Da Tenshi!" 

"How weird. You are the first one to accept it. Every person we offered reject it in the second or even mocked it as delusional" 

"So, you already asked someone else before me?" 

Da Tenshi nodded. "Of course. What? Don't tell me you think I am observing only you. Besides you, there are more qualified people than you. But I don't know why, Goddess wants me to only focus on you. 

Whatever her reasons are, is that necessary to insult me in my face like that? It feels like a Shinkansen (Bullet Train) hit a wall; you know? But what matters is, what she said was true. Lately, after losing my parents it's really give me some hard feelings to do anything properly. 

But if this insult is necessary to make me a king, I will receive it all with an open heart. I clinched my fist and endured all those insults she gave me. Every word that came out of her mouth gave me a sting to the bottom of my heart. I endured and endured for hours. But no matter how hard I tried to let it slide, I become more emotional. 

In the moment I stood in front of her enduring her insult, my eyes started to be filled with tears. So, this is reality throw huh? It hurts, physically and emotionally. As I started to cry, Da Tenshi stopped talking and approached me. 

"Listen, I know what I said is a reality to you but please take it as lesson to changed yourself, alright? You keep dreaming about going to another world, right? This is your chance! DON'T lose it." With a gentle yet strict stroke on my face she let out a soft soothing voice. 

Without any proper answer, I just nodded my head like a child towards his mother. Affectionate that I am longing for so long, finally embrace me. Da Tenshi gave me a sweet smile and hugged me. 

Now, as she hugs me gently, I finally cried for a long time. Since my parent's death my tears never fall anymore. It's like my tears' dead with them on that day. 

A few moments later, I was laying on her lap. Soft and squishy thighs. The best pillow you can have in your lifetime. I sighed relief while I wiped my tears off. As my sight became clearer, I just realized something. 

I was laying down on her lap and facing up. I thought I would see a blue sky and fluffy clouds. But what I am seeing now is two big mountains! I know I'm being a pervert right now, but holy cow! That's a very nice view, isn't it?? 

Da Tenshi noticed me already calm down and then she smiled innocently. How pure!! Are you really a fallen angel? Because that cute and angelic smile does not suit you at all as a fallen angel! 

"Enjoy the views?" Da Tenshi asked spontaneously. 

"..." 

"What?" 

"The sky and weather today." 

Oh, that's what she meant. I thought she meant her 'view'. Argh! Stop it Shinichi, she is being nice to you and thinking this dirty! How dirty of you, you degenerate!! 

"mhm, yeah. Nice weather today is! Haha..." 

"Anyway, are you ready?" She gets up and brushes dust off her skirt. 

"Uh, for what?" 

"Summon! Are you listening to me or not? Or are you forget because you gaze at my chest like a pervert?" she smirked. 

What?? She's known!? Wait- of course she knows, she is a fallen angel! How stupid am I?? Being caught by your mother probably not that bad, but a fallen angel?? Fuck off! 

"I knew it. You are distracted because of my chest, aren't you? Sigh. Fine, I forgive you. But only this once. I am not that kind for twice. Okay?" 

What a life saver. Thank you, goddess! Wait, speaking of Goddess, what does she look like, though? Maybe a giant size lady? Hmm, now my curiosity is rising! 

"Alright, time to meet Goddess to complete the ritual. Are you ready, Shinichi?" She then waves her hand and two pairs of black wings spreading from her back. A raven wing was flipping in front of me. It's so beautiful that I locked my sight towards it. 

"Beautiful..." I spoke nonchalantly. 

"You meant, my wings? They are black you know... a cursed wing." she responded as she looked down sadly. 

"But I like it." 

"...thank you" 

A few seconds later, she started chanting some magic spell. Then, a big magic circle appeared below our feet. In the blink of an eye, we teleported to the wide and big white room. 

"Da Tenshi, where are we?" 

"The Goddess's domain" she replied without turning her gaze towards me. 

"Domain? You mean like a domain expansion??" I humor her. What I meant by 'domain expansion' is from one of the anime I watched. It's called Jujutsu Kaisen, I guess? 

Suddenly a giant-like figure appeared before us. Coated with light and beam, it started speaking to us. Without realizing, my body reacts on its own and suddenly kneeling at the front of the giant. 

"Welcome back, Asariel and my dear Shinichi!" 

My dear? What does she mean by that? "Dear...?" I muttered to myself. 

"Aww~ don't tell me you forgot about me already. I am your mother! Surprised! Hehe~" 

"....." 

"WHAT THE FUCK?!!" Asariel and I exclaimed at the same time.
