Chapter 2 (Third Part)

While Justin is ecstatic and happy to introduce the place to his nephew, Desmond is as neutral as possible and denies the huge pinch in the heart that he feels.

Further from this room which is full of a huge collection of facts, paintings, objects and others, which return to The Famous Rose. She is in her room and fears the worst.

Lenore inhales, it exhales. In a carefully controlled manner, it inhales and exhales.. Her heart is racing and a strong tension is felt.

She retains control over her manners, but he does not want to stray from her.

His hand leaning against the bed, he stares intensely.

She swallows her saliva with difficulty and forces herself to keep her eyes closed. Her warm breath caresses her skin and lets her guess a detail.

"He is not a hunter."

Leroy keeps his red eyes folded, he watches the famous rose with his eyes and shows himself as motionless as she.

"I’m going to have to take her with me. She doesn’t belong here anymore."

He leans towards her and dangerously brings his face closer to his.

Lenore deduces this and feels his heart racing as the chills are felt one after the other.

"Listen to me well, I know very well that somewhere in you you still exist and hear me. More than that, you understand me."

A slight silence sets in and no reaction is witnessed from lenore. So Leroy always calmly resumes.

"If you don’t mind. I’m gonna get you out of here. I’m gonna take you away from Justin."

At these words, his heart gets excited and without Leroy guessing, his eyes get wet.

Following these remarks, Leroy slowly straightens up. He turns his back and disappears in the night.

Lenore clenches his jaw and lets a tear slip from his eye.

"What is the point of such humor?"

Saddened by what she considers to be a nasty joke, Lenore spends her night silently crying, feeling sorry for herself.

Far from knowing how his rose is doing, Justin is delighted to have found a companion.

"You know, Desmond. This is the first time I’ve given others access to such assets. Generally, I keep these treasures for myself, since everyone wants to steal my rose. Either for themselves, how attractive she is, or for the pleasure of breaking my heart." He turns and sees Desmond standing in the window with his breath taken. "What is it?"

"I think there’s too much dust here. I’m allergic."

"You are right. I have neglected this place for so long. I hope my beautiful fiancée will forgive me." He’s walking towards his nephew. "By the way, my famous rose needs a little attention. I don’t have time to pamper her as she approaches her party. At the same time, I’m too wary of hunters to let them take care of it, and the roses are not up to it." He clears his throat slightly and holds his pelvis with his hands. "I can’t believe I’m going to say that." He’s mumbling with a fleeting look. "Anyway, Desmond, I give you the responsibility to look after my Rose. I’d like you to find her a new dress for her birthday and make sure she likes it and is happy with it."

Desmond leans his head towards him at length. "You give me the care of your rose."

Justin quickly grabs her by the collar. "Beware. You have the mission to watch over her, not to seduce her. Is that clear?" Desmond strongly approves of two nods. Justin pulls him back. "Don’t get any ideas, poor boy. She’s crazy about me. If you turn your back on me, you’ll only break your heart."

Justin turns Desmond away and goes out of the room, leaving his nephew perplexed and confused.

"Would it be a golden opportunity for me to take her away?.
