Even after taking a different path, the monsters still appeared; I took a position in front of Theodore while drawing my sword. 


The sword was swung and created blades of water that slid and cut through anything in front of it. Unlike when fighting Dog Hunters, these black wolves weren't powerful; I could kill several in one slash. 


The exploding water ball is something I made myself; even though it doesn't do any damage, it's enough to outwit many enemies. 


I sent one of the wolves flying into a tree, knocking it unconscious. I jumped to slash another one before finally darting towards Theodore, who was in front. 


I can see a building standing; even though it's called a fortress, I think it's just like a small castle. Several people in heavy armour were also fighting some goblins. I thought the monsters' attacks could vary like this; a Griffin over our heads dropped some rocks from above.
