Unexpected Defeat

At the Rinbo Association Headquarters, Sasuke will hold a large meeting of hitmen throughout Neo Japan. Sasuke hopes that, just like before, there will be no more slaughter between agency organisations under the auspices of the Rinbo Association.

After Four White Shadows slaughtered Dark Realm, Hostages, and Qorin Monk, the balance of hitmen in Neo Japan was shattered.

The war between assassin organisations is raging again, and there are even some associate agencies whose thoughts are contrary to the previously supportive Rinbo Association.

They are just waiting for the Association to fall apart and take advantage of the counterattack by seizing the Rinbo Association from Sasuke's hands, one of which is the agency organisation, Furry Hawk.

The Association Chairmen of each Agency had gathered, all wearing tense and alert facial muscles.
