At Everit's house.
"Mr. Everit, do you really not need me to go with you?" Ikaruga asked.
"No need," Everit shook his head.
"But the Oración Seis are not ordinary foes; they are very dangerous. Mr. Everit, you are not good at close combat," Ikaruga said. "I promised to be your sword and slay all your enemies for you."
"Oración Seis?" Everit tilted his head, thought for a moment, then said confidently, "They can't threaten me yet, don't worry."
"Okay, please be careful. Emily and I will wait for you at home."
"Yes."
"Master, Emily believes in you! You'll definitely catch those bad guys!" Emily raised her little fist, her face full of trust.
"Alright." Everit pinched her cheek gently.
They hurried along the road.
Everit was in a low mood during the journey.
This made Lucy even more curious. What on earth did that elf goddess, who had a great reputation and was as popular as Mirajane in the beauty rankings of the magic world, do to make Everit act so withdrawn?
This feeling was a bit familiar to her.
She didn't want to be involved in such a dangerous situation!
The meeting place was in a villa filled with dreams and fairy tales.
There were heart-shaped decorations everywhere.
"This is the villa of Blue Pegasus' President, Bob," Erza explained.
"No wonder it's decorated like this," Gray nodded, looking somewhat uncomfortable. He obviously couldn't accept such a style.
"Huh—" Natsu sat on the carpet, trying to stabilize himself after suffering from motion sickness throughout the journey.
Everit remained silent.
Suddenly, a spotlight turned on at the stairs in front.
Lucy looked over and saw three men standing there.
"Girls?" Lucy was taken aback. This attire was eerily similar.
"Welcome, Fairy Tail friends," the trio flaunted their self-proclaimed charm.
In unison, they announced, "We are the chosen members of Blue Pegasus - Tri Men."
A young boy with yellow hair stood up, striking a slick pose and speaking in a smooth tone, "I am Hundred Night Hibiki."
Another boy chimed in with a cute voice, "I'm Holy Night Eve."
The final member, with bronze skin, deliberately deepened his voice, "And I'm Silent Night Ren."
"So charming!" Lucy exclaimed in surprise. "And the one called Hibiki is ranked highly on Weekly Sorcerer's Most Wanted Boyfriend List!"
Weekly Sorcerer often featured quirky rankings like most wanted boyfriend, girlfriend, and the most beautiful female wizard.
Incidentally, Hibiki had long held a spot in the top ten of the boyfriend list.
Mirajane, the Elf Goddess, and Erza were also top contenders.
Alzack and Juvia made appearances as well, but Lucy, perhaps due to her relatively recent and less active membership, had not yet made the list.
"Tsk," Gray grunted dissatisfiedly.
Lucy turned to see Natsu, who was visibly struggling to contain his discomfort, and Gray, who was, as usual, without his shirt.
Lucy sighed inwardly. Why did she suddenly feel somewhat inadequate compared to them?
"Titania, Erza-chan, you look stunning today," Eve complimented, kneeling before Erza with genuine admiration.
Lucy was taken aback. Such gestures held considerable sway, especially for someone like her.
After all, Natsu tended to be rather brusque in his interactions with her.
"Please come here," Hibiki urged Erza, leading her to a red sofa on the side. He sat down and knelt on one knee, offering her a towel. "You must be tired from the journey. Please, use this towel."
"No," Erza replied icily.
Eve brought over another table with water and food. "Would you like some water?"
"No."
"Some cake, perhaps?"
"No," Erza coldly refused.
"You truly are fit to be called Titania," Evee remarked. "Your cold demeanor is surprisingly charming!"
Blushing, he seemed captivated by the older sister's allure.
"What are they doing?" Lucy asked confusedly. "Are they suitors for Erza?"
"You deserve the utmost care, beautiful lady," Ren, with bronze skin, appeared behind Lucy, his voice deep. "And might I add, you're quite cute."
As he said this, he moved to put his arm around Lucy's waist.
*Snap.*
A hand seized him.
He turned to see a pair of dangerous eyes.
"Natsu," Lucy's heart fluttered, and she quickly moved behind Natsu.
Natsu regarded him coldly.
"Ah, Fairy Tail's Fire Dragon Slayer, Natsu?" Ren smiled. "My apologies, but I'm not fond of being grabbed by a man."
*Kakaka.*
Natsu applied pressure, and Ren's hand made a sharp sound.
"Hiss—" Ren took a sharp breath and swiftly pulled away, eyeing Natsu. "What's the meaning of this?!"
Natsu remained silent, but his expression hinted at readiness for a fight.
"Enough." Suddenly, a voice that could win the "Hayami Award" for greasiness interjected.
"This voice," Lucy shivered.
"Ichiya." Erza's face displayed a slightly uncomfortable expression. She found it difficult to handle this person.
"Long time no see, my dear." The door upstairs swung open, revealing a short man in a white suit, his greasy face practically glowing. "I was made for you—shining for one night!"
"Ouch!" Natsu suddenly covered his mouth, as if feeling the aftereffects of the car ride returning.
"That smells amazing!" Ichiya leaped down the stairs. "I'm so lucky that several beautiful ladies are here today."
"Miss Erza, Miss Lucy, welcome," he said in a slick voice. "And the two gentlemen over there."
He passed by Natsu and Gray, then glanced around, puzzled. "Huh? Where's that fake gentleman?"
"Speaking of which, where's Everit?" Lucy turned around, realizing Everit was nowhere to be seen.
