*Atlas’ POV*
I rushed out onto an open balcony as a scream echoed through the room, coming from somewhere outside. I looked around until I saw a crumpled figure lying on the ground below a balcony that was a few doors down. I nearly vomited at the sight.
If it was Eris and she was dead, I wasn't sure how it would go over with the authorities. It was our fault that she was here, it was our fault that she ran. No one would believe that it was an accident, no one would care to hear how the four men that lured a poor girl to a debauched party had nothing to do with her falling to her death.
She'd be dead and we'd be to blame.
Running as fast as my legs could carry me, I returned to the room that the others were in. They took in the state of me and immediately stood from where they'd each been sitting.
"Where is she?" Heiro asked, his mask already off. I noticed that Deimos had also removed his mask in my absence. Play time was over.
