*Eris' POV*
I sat beneath the shaded statue and looked up at her. She was gorgeous, but I couldn't tell which of the Goddesses she was supposed to be. There was no name on the base of the statue, not even of the artist. As I stared at her kind face, I felt a sense of calm wash over me and closed my eyes. A warm breeze rustled a nearby tree before it whipped around me and I opened my eyes to see Kyros standing there.
His face was pinched and hard. "Is everything okay?"
"I'm taking you out, come get dressed." A command, no room for argument.
"Are we going to the marketplace again?" I asked with what I hoped was a neutral tone. As much as I wanted to see something beyond the walls of the villa, I wasn't sure that I could endure another shopping trip so soon.
His face relaxed a bit and I saw the faintest hint of a smile. "Would that be so bad?"
I shook my head. "Not at all." I tried to be convincing.
"Where would you like to go?"
