CHAPTER EIGHTY-FOUR

Rain tried her best to wait for the Prince, but luck was out of it for her, he didn't come back.

"My lady," May came back, with a small smile on her face, she wiped her wet hands on a raggy-looking towel. "I prepared your bath."

"Thank you," Rain muttered with a small frown on her face, she tried to get up but she was struck by a sudden pain, and she winced again. May noticed and quickly rushed to her side.

"Let me help you up." She advised and Rain nodded, the maid placed Rain's arm around her shoulder and lifted her, and they took careful and precise steps in the direction of the bathhouse. May didn't know what happened because the Prince had roughed her up. She looked like a soldier who had survived a war. The other servants who had been opportune to work around the areas of the room, complained that the crowned princess wouldn't stop screaming.
