Maven was in absolute bliss.
She lay sprawled on a plush, oversized pillow in the Ursa Minor guild's cozy common room, her eyes half-closed in bliss as Blakely brushed her tail with expert care. The soft, repetitive strokes sent shivers of pleasure down her spine, and she let out a contented sigh. Life couldn't get any better.
"Your tail is so soft," Blakely murmured, her fingers gliding through the fur with a gentle, almost reverent touch. "I could do this all day."
Maven chuckled, her voice a soft purr. "I wouldn't mind that at all," she replied, her eyes twinkling with mischief. "But if you keep this up, I might never want to leave this spot."
Blakely grinned, but then her expression turned serious. "But you said you had that dungeon run planned, right? Something about spider monsters? Ugh, spiders give me the creeps."
